Our Vision
Achieve. Belong. Thrive.
At Acre Hall Primary School, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their very best, feel a genuine sense of belonging, and thrive both academically and personally.
Our vision is simple but powerful:
Every child will achieve with confidence, belong with pride and thrive as caring, resilient citizens.
We are committed to creating a nurturing, ambitious and inclusive school community where children develop the knowledge, skills and character needed to succeed in school and beyond.
Our vision sits at the heart of everything we do, shaping our curriculum, relationships, behaviour expectations and wider opportunities.
Our values reflect what we believe is important and guide how we work together every day.
We treat everyone with dignity, fairness and understanding. We celebrate difference, listen to others and show kindness in our words and actions.
We take ownership of our actions and make positive choices. We encourage children to be independent, accountable and committed to doing the right thing.
We build positive connections where everyone belongs. Strong relationships between pupils, staff, families and the wider community help create a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
We embrace challenge, show resilience and strive to be our best. We encourage children to be ambitious, persevere through difficulties and take pride in their achievements.
At Acre Hall, our values are taught, modelled and revisited throughout a child’s time with us. As children move through the school, their understanding of our values deepens, helping them to become confident learners, caring friends and responsible citizens.
The progression below shows how our values develop from Early Years through to Year 6.

At Acre Hall Primary School, we are committed to creating a school where:
Together, our vision, values, learning behaviours and curriculum drivers create a shared purpose that helps every child Achieve, Belong and Thrive.
