School Clubs

Breakfast Club

We have a Breakfast Club in school which runs from 8am – 8.45 am Monday to Friday. At 8.45am the children are taken by staff to their classrooms for the start of their school day. Children can attend whenever they want at a cost of £2 per day. There is a choice of cereals, toast, yogurt, and a drink each day. We also alternate between pancakes, bagels and crumpets in place of toast. After breakfast, there are activities and games for the children to enjoy. Food is served until 8.30am every morning.

Breakfast club is paid for via Parent Pay – please speak to school office to arrange this.

After School Clubs

After School Club (After Acres) is run by an external company and can be booked directly with Mrs Jo Stretton. Please contact Jo directly on jostret@gmail.com or via telephone on 07902205409. Payments for After School Club are made directly to the provider, and details will be sent in advance by Mrs Stretton upon place allocation.

After School Clubs such as Sports Clubs will change each term and letters are sent out via email at the end of each half term to apply for a place. Places are given on a first come, first served basis and any child not receiving a place will be put on a waiting list for the next term. If you have not received a place, please do not send your child. Confirmation will be sent out via text message.
After School Clubs outside After Acres run from 3.30–4.30pm and include both sporting and creative activities. These clubs are run by an outside agency or coach and therefore there is a cost to attend each block of sessions. If your child receives Pupil Premium funding then no cost in necessary for the Sports Clubs.

Football/ Netball League Fixtures

Our children also take part in inter- school competitions with other Primary Schools from the local area. Both our Football and Netball teams have a training session after school one day a week and then matches can sometimes be on an additional day.
